Hello, everyone!

I hope you’ve all been having a wonderful May.
For the last few years, I’ve been working short-term, travel, assignments as a Family Nurse Practitioner in rural Montana, while I continue to study functional medicine and nutrition, and begin my functional medicine practice.
Last year was an exciting time. I completed the ADAPT Level One, functional medicine training with the Kresser Institute; Andrea Nakayama’s Holistic Nutrition Lab (HNL), Full Body Systems course, and became a certified Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner through HNL, all while working two months in Dillingham, Alaska, and 5 1/2 months in Montana.
Currently, I’m on assignment in Montana and have been enjoying exploring and hiking on my weekends. There is still a lot of snow in the mountains, so I’ve been doing more remote road walks than trails. I’ve seen lots of mule deer, whitetail deer, antelope, a few elk, and I came across some grizzly and wolf tracks!
Even though I’m working in Montana for a few months, I’m still accepting new clients in my functional medicine practice. If you would like to explore working with me, please contact me to arrange a free consultation.
