Well, it depends.

The important thing is to do something today, every day, for you, for your health.

Check in with yourself. What do you need today? What can you give to yourself today? It doesn’t take money. It doesn’t take much time. And if you’re not sure what to do, then take a nap. You can never go wrong with a nap.
